How to get the Letter V with acute

I’ve tried using VOLT to add the character. But it didn’t work properly, as you can see here.

The letter V and the acute accent are actually combined into one character, but it doesn’t change into the wanted form (next to them), which I mapped in Private Use Area.
Here’s what I’ve got with VOLT
