I started a palette of additional colours at Alt 1020181. That corresponds to U+F9115.
Add a cell at U+F9115.
U+F9115 LOCALIZABLE SENTENCE THE COLOUR IS SKY BLUE.
Centred on (r, g, b) of (192, 224, 255).
